Ta Wan Industrial's Taiwan Operations HQ began industry chain upgrades in 2013. The R&D side masters innovative design, simulation analysis, and new product development verification capabilities. The manufacturing side has successively built automated production equipment for pedal body supply chains, including plastic injection, aluminum alloy die-casting, CNC full-automation processing machines, and precision centerless grinding machines, all produced and processed within the factory. Automated production equipment for pedal spindles uses the latest five-mold five-station machines, providing more accurate scale intervals and spindle roundness, as well as the high-standard specifications required for automated robot assembly lines. At the same time, starting in 2020, the "Ta Wan Supply Chain AI Elastic Smart Production Construction Plan" was promoted to drive the enterprise toward the advanced development of smart manufacturing.
